Pantheon is seeking a passionate, driven, and energetic individual to join our Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Manager is a vital, technical, and customer-facing role within the team who ultimately owns the customer relationship. As a CSM, you will drive knowledge and usage to ensure our customers are getting the most value using our platform. Acting as the voice of the customer internally, you are the steward of the customer relationship, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a consistent and strong customer message is embedded in our processes.

Cool Stuff You'll Do

  • work directly with our largest customers and partners to ensure an exceptional experience by understanding their business objectives
  • build an understanding of the customer’s needs to proactively identify ways in which they can interact with the Pantheon platform to increase productivity and results
  • develop and grow accounts by providing technical expertise and communicating in a responsive and personable manner, resulting in strong and long-lasting relationships
  • deliver quarterly business reviews which provide detailed insights regarding platform usage, site health, best practices, and opportunities for early access to new platform features
  • establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with clients by providing ongoing value as they journey down their program roadmap
  • transform every customer and partner into a lifetime Pantheon champion, customer, and advocate

What You Bring To The Table

  • BA or BS or equivalent experience
  • 3- 5 yrs of success manager experience in technology
  • working knowledge of Git, the command line, and familiarity with Drupal or Wordpress
  • a proven track record in managing clients, client retention, and growth
  • a keen ability to uncover new revenue opportunities and opportunities for client case studies
  • proven ability to manage projects to successful completion and work within tight deadlines
  • proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Bonus Points For

  • being an existing Pantheon champion or very familiar with the challenges of website management
  • experience with continuous delivery and agile workflows
  • CS degree or knowledge and experience with a programing language such as PHP or Javascript
